Bling Empire New York, a spin-off of the popular reality show Bling Empire, will take viewers from the glitz and glamour of Los Angeles to the bustling city of New York. The show, which features series regular Dorothy Wang and a new cast of larger-than-life characters, is set to debut on January 20th.

According to the official summary provided by Netflix, the reality series is described as:

“A new cast of stylish Asian American socialites flaunts their fortunes — and fashions — while bringing the drama and living it up in New York City.”

Dorothy Wang, a 34-year-old from Beverly Hills, comes from a wealthy background as the daughter of Taiwanese businessman and billionaire Roger Wang, the former CEO of real estate company Golden Eagle International Group in China.

She is a travel lover and works in the real estate industry with the firm The Agency. Additionally, she is the owner of Rich and Bubbly, a champagne company and a jewelry venture, Fabuluxe. According to Celebrity Net Worth, her net worth is approximately $10 million.

She has made appearances in several reality shows in the past, such as Rich Kids of Beverly Hills (2014-2016), Famously Single (2017) and Fetch Me a Date (2019). She was also in the cast of the second season of Bling Empire, which aired in May 2022.

Tina Leung, a 40-year-old model, blogger, and fashion stylist is also a part of the cast. Currently, she splits her time between her businesses in Hong Kong and New York City.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Los Angeles, Leung attended Bates College in Maine before studying acting at Bristol University, according to Business of Fashion.

She has collaborated with well-known brands such as Loewe, Valentino, and Topshop, and started a designer vintage retail service called Era.

Born in Singapore, Lynn Ban is a well-known figure in the jewelry industry. She launched her first collection of fine jewelry in 2011, featuring designs with motifs such as thorns, sickle blades, and more.

The collection was well-received and sold in various stores, including Barneys, Maxfield, Dover Street Market, Net-a-Porter, among others. Several celebrities such as Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and Nicki Minaj have been seen wearing her creations.

Due to the pandemic, Ban had to take a break from her work. She focused on creating personalized projects for her individual clients for a short period of time. According to Vogue, she later expanded into resort wear, creating a kaftan and a men’s capsule line for the Como hotel chain.
